Simple policy for a digital, on-device tool.
File Schedule FA sells report credits, not a subscription. You pay only when you choose to unlock exports.
Refund window
If a payment was made by mistake or the export fails because of our tool, request a refund within 7 days of payment. Include your Razorpay payment ID or order ID so we can trace it.
When refunds are available
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Payment succeeded but report credits were not granted.
- The unlocked workbook cannot be generated after reasonable troubleshooting.
When refunds are not available
- Credits already used to generate a downloadable report, unless the file is technically defective.
- Coupon, promotional, beta, or complimentary credits.
- Inputs that are incomplete, unsupported, or not from the listed broker flows.
Cancellations
There is no recurring plan and no auto-renewal. Buying 1 or 10 credits is a one-time digital purchase; unused paid credits remain available in the same browser session/account experience supported by the product.
How to request
Email hello@fileschedulefa.com with your payment ID, email used at checkout, and a short description. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
